No Fall Snowboarding :: Danny's bio

Danny Martin is a professional snowboard Instructor who was born and raised in Devils Lake, North Dakota. He currently lives and works in Avon, Colorado. For seven years before the turn of the century Danny worked as a snowboard Instructor for Vail Resorts at Beaver Creek, CO., and also traveled in the summer months to the southern hemisphere to teach in Australia and Chile.

He has wrote the book NO FALL Snowboarding published by Simon & Schuster 2005. He has patented a Agility Arrow designed to be used indoors to train ones body to use snowboard specific balancing movements, prior to arriving at the mountain.

Over the past decade Danny has rode snowboard over two hundred days a year, teaching people to snowboard around North America and the world, countries from Austria, Serbia, Slovenia, Greece, Italy, France, Switzerland, to Chile and Australia.

He is currently traveling the globe teaching and promoting his book. His current project is a Snowboard Travel Book, which will include a snowboarders round up on all resorts visited, from snow conditions to food and lodging.
